About the Role
You will define the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for digital servicing tools. You will identify valuable customer problems, make build-buy-partner decisions, lead discovery, and work with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions. You will use evidence and metrics to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost to serve, navigate regulatory requirements, and mentor other product managers.
Requirements
- Experience shipping products in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Ability to own product strategy across a broad multi-system product surface
- Knowledge of client and agent behaviour
- Experience using AI tools, LLMs, prototyping tools, research synthesis, and workflow automation
- Ability to define problems amid ambiguity
- Customer experience expertise
- Ability to navigate compliance requirements
- Data-driven decision-making, metrics, and experimentation
- Stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap
- Identify and prioritise customer problems
- Make build-buy-partner decisions
- Conduct customer discovery and analyse behaviour
- Use AI tools for research, prototyping, delivery, and insight generation
- Partner with engineering and design to scope and ship products
- Define success metrics and iterate using evidence
- Align stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, and leadership
- Translate compliance constraints into customer experiences
- Work with APIs, backend infrastructure, and platform integrations
- Mentor product managers
