About the Role
You will define product strategy and a roadmap for global payment rails, onramp, offramp, and settlement capabilities. You will research customer needs, design payment solutions, monitor product metrics, manage integrations with banking partners and payment providers, build internal tools and workflow automations, and lead cross-functional delivery.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
- Have hands-on experience with payment rails, fiat collections and payouts, stablecoin on- and off-ramps, and cross-border payments
- Understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate a track record of launching products and delivering measurable outcomes
- Take ownership from strategy through execution
- Build reliable customer experiences with strong attention to detail
- Influence stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and drive cross-functional decisions
- Have experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Development
