About the Role

You will partner with engineers and enterprise customers to build and ship AI agents. You will assess customer requirements, demonstrate agents, solve technical business-process challenges, improve virtual agents, and scope product features that support financial-services customers.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of product development experience with highly technical products
• Product management or similar product development experience at Senior Product Manager level or above
• Financial-services experience in banking, fintech, lending, payments, insurance, mortgages, or wealth management
• Experience taking products from ambiguous customer problems through launch and scale
• Technical fluency with API, data flow, system architecture, AI system, integration, and failure mode
• Experience working with enterprise customers and communicating with executives and technical teams
• Technical or related degree, or equivalent professional experience
