About the Role
You will own digital product initiatives from problem discovery through delivery and iteration. You will shape solutions, align stakeholders, use AI tools to prototype, contribute to production improvements, balance customer and commercial needs with technical and regulatory requirements, and measure outcomes across investing and trading experiences.
Requirements
- Strong technical capability, ideally front-end or full-stack
- Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar
- APIs, product architecture, and data flows
- Product judgement
- Problem structuring
- Delivery management
- Communication and stakeholder management
- AI tools
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products
- Fintech, investing, trading, superannuation, banking, or regulated-industry experience highly regarded
- Mobile app experience highly regarded
- Founder, early-stage operator, or technical PM experience highly regarded
- Growth, onboarding, activation, or retention experience highly regarded
Responsibilities
