The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
You will build the customer verification product function, own the roadmap for onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence, lead engineers and cross-functional partners, define verification KPIs, translate regulatory and operational needs into product specifications, and improve KYC capabilities using customer feedback, operational insights, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Product experience in fintech payments or KYC/customer identity verification
- Experience delivering data-driven products with engineering and analytics teams
- Strong SQL or Python skills
- Hands-on experience using data to analyze performance identify problems and inform product decisions
- Ability to interpret onboarding verification and operational performance metrics
- Ability to balance regulatory requirements and risk management with customer experience
- Ability to work directly with founders in a fast-paced startup
- Experience in Latin American markets
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills
- Experience scaling a KYC product
- Previous experience in software engineering or data analytics
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for customer onboarding identity verification and ongoing due diligence
- Lead engineers and cross-functional partners
- Design and deliver verification journeys decisioning rules and KYC systems
- Define and track verification completion onboarding conversion manual review and time-to-verification KPIs
- Translate regulatory requirements customer risk profiles and operational needs into product specifications
- Improve KYC capabilities using customer feedback operational insights and regulatory requirements
