About the Role
You will translate business and product needs into clear system specifications for AI-agent services, automation tools, and AI-enabled workflows. You will define integrations, APIs, data structures, process flows, and system behavior; support implementation; validate delivered functionality; analyze processes for automation opportunities; and coordinate parallel initiatives, timelines, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Experience as a System Analyst, Technical Product Specialist, or similar technical role
- System analysis skills, including requirements definition, process mapping, and system and architecture understanding
- Experience specifying API integrations with third-party or internal services
- Ability to document complex business logic and system behavior for engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI and LLM tools and agent frameworks, or the ability to learn them quickly
- Knowledge of vector database basics
- Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data queries
- Ability to manage planning, prioritization, dependencies, and risks alongside analysis work
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and organizational transformation through AI
- English communication skills
- Cross-team coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Translate business and product needs into system specifications for AI-agent services and internal tooling
- Design end-to-end logic for AI-agent services and integrations with internal systems and third-party AI and LLM platforms
- Define API interactions, data structures, and integration requirements
- Document workflows, data flows, and system behavior
- Support engineering teams, clarify requirements, and validate delivered functionality
- Analyze internal processes and propose AI-agent and automation improvements
- Define data requirements and perform basic SQL and analytical queries for reporting
- Plan and track delivery, timelines, dependencies, and risks for AI initiatives
- Own parallel initiatives and concurrent workstreams across teams
- Coordinate engineering, product, data, and operations efforts
- Create system specifications, process flows, API contracts, and task breakdowns
- Monitor execution, identify bottlenecks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans
- Maintain initiative roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking
- Run status reporting and stakeholder communication
