About the Role
YOU own the product roadmap for the compliance and AML suite used by financial institutions. YOU translate customer insights into actionable requirements, prototype with designers, and actively drive the product from discovery through launch. YOU ship AI powered features and workflows, collaborate with engineers, and lead demos and scoping calls to turn feedback into roadmap unlocks that improve compliance at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of PM experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Has led at least two complete product cycles from spec to launch in complex enterprise domains owning the outcome end to end
- Experience building or shipping AI powered products or workflows; already living in an AI native workflow
- Demonstrated ability to ship in days with real examples
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the compliance and AML suite serving financial institutions.
- Translate customer insight into features through hands on prototyping and close collaboration with designers.
- Ship AI powered features and workflows.
- Lead demos and scoping calls and translate feedback into roadmap unlocks that drive deals.
- Collaborate with design engineering and sales to deliver high quality releases on a rapid timeline.
- Ensure solutions scale to regulatory requirements and drive ARR growth.
- Own post launch adoption and success metrics.
