About the Role

You will own and drive global organic growth across Technical SEO, Content Strategy, and AI Search. You will decide exactly what content teams produce, who it targets, and how it is structured to capture high intent B2B demand. You will ensure content ranks across traditional search engines and AI platforms, and you will lead governance for entity mapping and structured data. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to scale the acquisition engine while ensuring regulatory safety.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive hands on experience in B2B SEO ideally within Fintech Crypto Web3 or enterprise platforms
  • AEO native deep up to date knowledge of how AI Search RAG environments and LLMs crawl index and retrieve information
  • Content and data synergy ability to translate technical search queries and LLM intent into clear actionable strategies for B2B audiences
  • Technical and automation mindset with background in schema markup site architecture and basic web programming acumen HTML JS CSS and experience automating SEO operations (n8n Python scripts)
  • Enterprise tool stack mastery with crawlers and data ecosystems GA4 GSC Data4SEO BI tools to define metrics and identify opportunities
  • Leadership a data driven results oriented leader with a track record of building scalable systems managing stakeholders and simplifying complex topics for cross functional partners

Responsibilities

  • Own all organic content including blogs resource hubs and landing pages and define the editorial roadmap target audiences and search intent to drive qualified B2B traffic and pipeline
  • Optimise the digital presence for Large Language Models (LLMs) by developing entity mapping knowledge graphs and advanced structured data markup to position the organization as the authoritative source for AI generated search results
  • Audit maintain and scale the technical health of global web properties and manage multi regional site architectures and international SEO strategies across 34 markets
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Marketing to evolve software systems and architectures to scale the acquisition engine while championing programmatic SEO and automated workflows
  • Map the organic journey from search to CRM lead capture and navigate regulatory requirements to ensure content maintains strong E E A T and compliance
