About the Role
You will own and evolve the website design system, including patterns, component libraries, and governance. You will lead web design from research and concept through interaction design, prototyping, and technical handoff. You will improve user experience, conversion, and accessibility through testing, present design rationale, and use AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
Requirements
- 6 or more years of professional web and digital product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating user experience design, interaction design, responsive web design, and design-system architecture
- Expertise building, scaling, and governing design systems
- Experience with Figma
- Experience providing pixel-level specifications and technical handoffs
- Experience using AI-assisted design workflows
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience with design reviews, stakeholder demos, and cross-functional critiques
- B2B experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Sales and campaign creative experience for complex buying journeys
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the website design system, including patterns, component libraries, and governance
- Lead web projects from concept and user research through interaction design, prototyping, and technical handoff
- Improve user experience, conversion, and accessibility through exploration, prototyping, and user testing
- Embed responsive design, accessibility, and design-system governance practices
- Run design demos and present design rationale to stakeholders
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate design workflows and explore interaction paradigms
