About the Role
You will lead the creative vision and visual evolution of the brand across platforms. You will create high-quality brand and marketing assets including videos, social content, banner ads, swag, and physical collateral. You will mentor 1–2 designers, provide feedback, and support their growth. You will ensure a cohesive design language between marketing visuals and product interfaces, support product design work when needed, set up processes, manage resources against a roadmap, and improve ways of working to maintain visual quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Visual Designer
- Experience leading a small team or mentoring designers
- Expertise with Figma
- Expertise with Adobe Suite
- Experience with design systems
- Experience with remote design workflows
- Knowledge of UI and UX
- Knowledge of motion design
- Experience working in tech companies and remote cross-team workflows
- Data-conscious and able to use numbers to inform design decisions
- Versatile and hands-on approach
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and visual evolution of the brand
