About the Role
You will research user needs and create wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity mockups. You will influence product decisions with design, document feature logic, and shape product strategy. You will hand off mockups to developers, support implementation, run design reviews, and maintain and evolve the design system including Storybook components.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Proven experience designing B2B products, ideally in payments or financial services
- Solid understanding of UI and UX principles for web and mobile
- Experience working with complex admin panels or internal tools is a plus
- Hands-on experience with design systems
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to analyse information and build and test hypotheses using user interviews and analytics
- Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
- English level B2 or higher; fluent Russian
