About the Role

You will own UX and UI design for AI products including agent interfaces, model interaction flows, and developer-facing tools. You will translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences, conduct user research and usability testing, prototype rapidly, build and maintain a scalable design system, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and use AI design tools as part of your daily workflow.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of product design experience (UX and UI) with a strong portfolio
• Experience designing AI-native products such as chatbots, agent interfaces, LLM-powered features, or prompt-driven UIs
• Fluency with AI tools in the design workflow
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design complex information architectures while keeping experiences clean
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer) preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first, asynchronous environment

Responsibilities

• Own UX and UI design for AI products, including agent interfaces, model interaction flows, and developer-facing tools
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and product surfaces
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ship designs from concept to production
• Use AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Cursor, Midjourney) in the daily workflow
• Identify UX opportunities and advocate for the user to influence product strategy
