About the Role
You will design end to end product experiences for native iOS and Android apps and the trading experience inside them You will work on a mature product with millions of users You will turn complex blockchain mechanics into interfaces that are easy to use You will defend decisions with data and intuition and you will set your own agenda while delivering results
Requirements
- 3+ years working on mature products (1M+ MAU as a reference point)
- Shipped meaningful features in native mobile apps (iOS and Android)
- Strong product thinking you see the logic metrics and edge states behind a mockup
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast at getting things to release
- Clear communication and cross functional work with engineering and product
- A portfolio that shows both thinking and execution
- Background in crypto fintech or trading interfaces
- Understanding of self custody specifics security as part of the UX not a blocker
- Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with exchange trading interface patterns orders charts execution states

Responsibilities
- Design end to end product experiences for Tonkeeper native iOS and Android apps
- Evolve the trading UX swaps buy sell staking for precision speed and trust
- Turn complex flows keys seed phrases TON Connect transaction signing into simple secure interfaces
- Rapidly explore prototype and iterate
- Use product analytics qualitative research and judgment to guide decisions
- Maintain and grow the design system and product quality standards
