UX Product Designer

About the Role
You will design features that make complex financial products simple and intuitive to use. You will create wireframes, interactive prototypes and production-ready designs for mobile and web, simplify trading interactions and workflows, and improve areas with friction. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to refine solutions, contribute to the evolution of the design system and interaction patterns, and integrate AI-assisted tools into your workflow. You will use Figma to produce structured, production-ready designs and iterate quickly as product ideas evolve.
Requirements
- Strong UX fundamentals
- Ability to design clear information-dense interfaces
- Experience designing for mobile and web products
- Systems thinking
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions logically
- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
- Experience with financial products or trading platforms is advantageous
