About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing through prototyping and delivery. You will create and maintain design systems, workflows, and tools to enable rapid execution and consistency. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align on goals and deliver user-centered solutions. You will iterate quickly on designs, produce mocks within tight timeframes (24–48 hours), and provide clear rationale for design decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading product design at fast-paced startups
- Expertise in Figma for design execution
- Experience using Notion for documentation and collaboration
- Self-starter with fast execution and high ownership
- Ability to develop scalable design systems aligned with cross-functional goals
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- AI fluency and experience applying AI to accelerate design workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process
