About the Role

You will own the production and final quality review of brand touchpoints across social, digital advertising, events, and executive materials. You will use AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway to generate concept variations and accelerate production. You will lead design for flagship brand moments, build and maintain a scalable Figma component library and template system, translate creative briefs into visual systems, art-direct contractors and agencies, and manage the intake queue and turnaround expectations in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing or brand design experience with high-production-quality portfolio
  • AI fluency using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway
  • Proven ability across social, digital advertising, presentation design, event creative, and branded print
  • Strong brand instincts and the ability to correct and explain brand decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment where delivery speed matters
  • Self-directed and proactive in taking briefs and producing creative direction
