About the Role
Lead Ramp’s brand identity, voice, narrative, creative team, AI-enabled production systems, scalable creative operations, and external production partnerships across product, marketing, recruiting, and customer touchpoints.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand design and creative leadership.
- At least 3 years leading a brand team at a high-growth technology company or top-tier agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end leadership of identity systems, campaigns, or brand evolutions.
- Experience shipping AI-assisted brand work and understanding creative-production automation.
- Experience building and leading high-performing creative teams.
- Experience building scalable creative processes.
- Exceptional craft across typography, color, layout, motion, and visual identity.
- Strategic mindset and strong creative judgment.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, Recruiting, and executive leadership.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Comfort working in person at the New York City headquarters at least three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction for Ramp’s brand identity, voice, and narrative.
- Lead, grow, and recruit the brand team.
- Build AI systems and tools that automate production work and enable on-brand asset creation.
- Build creative operating systems for briefs, intake, reviews, decision-making, and production.
- Partner with Creative Directors and cross-functional leaders to set strategy and uphold execution standards.
- Lead concept development, art direction, brand identity, and creative direction.
- Deliver two to three brand-defining initiatives each year.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
