About the Role
You will lead strategic VIP client relationships across Northeast Asia, manage complex high-value portfolios, identify client needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis, design client service frameworks, influence commercial decisions, mentor junior relationship managers, drive VIP acquisition, and lead portfolio performance reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in private banking, institutional sales, or VIP client management
- Experience managing complex, high-value portfolios
- Senior-level client relationship management experience
- Experience designing or improving client service processes
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with strategic VIP clients in Northeast Asia
- Identify client needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Produce senior-level client intelligence reports
- Design and own client service frameworks
- Influence go-to-market decisions for VIP campaigns and product launches
- Mentor and support junior relationship managers
- Drive new VIP acquisition through partnerships, events, and networking
- Own accurate portfolio data
- Lead weekly performance reviews with leadership
- Flag risks and recommend strategic adjustments
