About the Role

You own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, design interview processes, assess candidates, and negotiate offers. You advise leaders on talent markets and hiring practices, develop sourcing strategies for passive candidates, monitor pipeline health using data, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience through offer acceptance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent
• Experience recruiting for technical roles
• Knowledge of software and hardware engineering talent markets
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all seniority levels
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to analyze candidate data for reporting
• Experience using Excel and AI technology
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
