About the Role

You will lead high-volume recruiting across business organizations, develop sourcing strategies, coordinate hiring activity, maintain candidate pipelines, establish scalable workflows, and use recruiting technology and AI-supported tools to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience sourcing for high-volume roles
Strong experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
Experience using Gem for sourcing campaigns, pipeline tracking, and recruiting analytics
Experience incorporating AI tools into recruiting workflows
Ability to operate with changing priorities
Ability to establish recruiting processes
Strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume non-technical roles
Source and engage candidates through outreach, market research, and creative sourcing strategies
Coordinate with recruiters on candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring decisions
Establish recruiting workflows and processes
Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported tools to organize pipelines, automate workflows, and improve sourcing
