About the Role
You lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process across Singapore and Southeast Asia, manage external headhunting firms and recruitment agencies, oversee employment contracts, support regional hiring initiatives, and maintain compliance with local labor laws and employment practices.
Requirements
- 5 to 12 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or HR
- Experience managing external headhunting firms and recruitment vendors
- Direct experience drafting and reviewing employment contracts and legal hiring documents
- Ability to work full-time in Singapore or Thailand
- Prior recruitment experience in fintech, banking, or Web3 is preferred
- Experience hiring in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, or Hong Kong is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation
- Manage external headhunting firms and recruitment agencies
- Ensure recruitment partners provide high-quality candidate pipelines
- Manage recruitment service level agreements
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of employment contracts
- Ensure contract terms comply with local labor laws
- Support hiring initiatives across Southeast Asia
- Identify local talent trends and challenges
- Maintain knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Manpower or Thailand labor regulations and regional employment practices
