About the Role
You will manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer negotiation. You will define hiring needs, create sourcing strategies, engage candidates, use analytics to improve hiring decisions, and support onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of technical recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for engineering, product, design, or data roles
- Knowledge of the technology candidate market
- Recruitment analytics
- Recruitment sourcing strategies
- Ability to nurture passive candidate talent pools
