About the Role

You will lead multidisciplinary product programs from concept through implementation, delivery, production deployment, and support. You will coordinate engineering, product, sales, finance, and customer stakeholders; manage schedules, deliverables, issues, risks, and corrective actions; facilitate meetings; communicate program status; and improve development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Minimum of 5 years in program management
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems, mechatronics, or robotics product development
• Experience leading multidisciplinary innovation programs
• Experience managing industrial automation or system integration programs
• Conflict resolution, influencing, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience negotiating resources in a matrix environment
• Experience with contract manufacturing partners and consultants
• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through product implementation, delivery, and support
• Manage technical development, integration, and deployment of automation and robotic systems
• Coordinate engineering deliverables across software, mechanical, electrical, industrial, and embedded controls disciplines
• Resolve development, deployment, and sustainment issues and risks
• Track cross-functional issues, root causes, and corrective actions
• Ensure teams follow the Product Development Process and NPD best practices
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate initiative status
• Represent the organization to customers as project lead
