About the Role

You will lead end-to-end partner deployments, from discovery and feasibility assessment through planning, deployment, operational handoff, and adoption review. You will coordinate concurrent deployments, manage delivery plans and risks, align technical and executive stakeholders, gather partner feedback, and turn deployment lessons into reusable playbooks and product recommendations.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of technical delivery, technical project or program management, enterprise software implementation, or comparable customer-facing experience
  • Experience leading complex software or platform deployments for external enterprise customers or partners
  • Experience managing concurrent deployments, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and acceptance criteria
  • Technical fluency with cloud or on-premises infrastructure, containers, orchestration, networking, security, and operational readiness
  • Working knowledge of AI systems including model serving, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability
  • Experience conducting customer or user discovery and forming product recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal English and French communication skills
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead partner discovery and assess deployment feasibility with Engineering
  • Define and maintain delivery plans, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and acceptance criteria
  • Serve as the partner’s primary delivery contact and communicate progress, decisions, risks, and changes
  • Bridge internal teams and deployment partner teams throughout implementation
  • Identify delivery risks and recommend changes to scope, sequencing, timing, or readiness
  • Conduct structured feedback sessions with partner administrators and users
  • Develop reusable playbooks, templates, acceptance criteria, and review practices
