About the Role
You will plan and manage the industrialization of new products from prototype through series production. You will coordinate development, procurement, and production across sites; establish launch and change-management processes; plan resources and investments; and maintain project plans while applying lean manufacturing principles.
Requirements
- Technical or commercial degree or comparable training
- Several years of project management experience
- Strategic thinking
- Technical and commercial understanding
- Cost and quality awareness
- German and English fluency
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Responsibilities
- Organize prototype manufacturing across procurement, production, and development
- Ensure cross-functional and cross-site communication
- Support product and process change management
- Define launch-management processes for series production
- Coordinate requirements for production sites
- Plan resources, investments, ramp-up costs, and operational staffing
- Introduce products at national and international production sites
- Create and maintain project plans and objectives
- Apply lean manufacturing and design-to-manufacturing principles
