About the Role
You will develop data-informed sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and build long-term pipelines for specialized technical roles. You will use sourcing platforms and AI-powered workflows to identify and engage candidates, produce market intelligence, coach hiring stakeholders, optimize recruiting processes, and measure sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of talent sourcing experience
- Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, GitHub, and sourcing platforms
- Experience advising recruiters, hiring managers, and senior engineering leaders using market insights
- Experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, or workflow automations
- Experience building relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent
- Communication and storytelling skills for engaging technical candidates and stakeholders
- Experience evaluating and adopting AI technologies for recruiting outcomes
Responsibilities
- Define target profiles and data-informed sourcing strategies
- Develop talent landscapes and market intelligence
- Identify, engage, and attract technical candidates through sourcing channels
- Cultivate long-term pipelines of passive, cleared, and specialized engineering talent
- Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows and automations
- Create market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, and sourcing documentation
- Coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategy and market insights
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Brand, University Recruiting, and Engineering leaders
- Measure sourcing effectiveness and optimize outreach strategies
