About the Role
Partner with senior business leaders on mid- to senior-level hiring across APAC, advise hiring managers on the talent market, lead direct sourcing and headhunting, develop talent attraction strategies, manage requisitions from brief to close, and own the end-to-end candidate experience.
Requirements
- Extensive in-house recruiting experience
- Track record placing mid- to senior-level roles
- Direct sourcing and headhunting capability
- Consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments
- English and Chinese fluency
Responsibilities
- Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on the APAC talent market
- Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts
- Own requisitions from brief to close
- Build and execute talent attraction and pipeline development strategies
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience
