About the Role
You will develop systems-engineering processes and guide multidisciplinary work through analysis, integration, verification, validation, and milestone reviews. You will manage requirements, interfaces, architecture, design changes, technical reporting, and quality-control activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 7 to 9 years of related experience
- Interface-requirements and system-boundary management experience
- Digital requirements-management tool experience
- Multidisciplinary team leadership through analysis, integration, verification, and validation
- Milestone-review and stakeholder-presentation experience
- Integrated system-architecture and trade-study experience
- System modeling, analysis, and quality-control experience
- Must be a U.S. Person and eligible for required export authorizations
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Define, trace, and manage system requirements across lifecycles
- Identify and manage interface requirements across system and subsystem boundaries
- Lead verification and validation planning and execution
- Develop and review integrated system architecture through trade studies
- Transform stakeholder requirements into design inputs
- Coordinate design changes and subsystem impacts
- Support milestone reviews, validation activities, and technical progress reports
