About the Role
You will define and manage system requirements, interfaces, verification plans, and technical decisions for autonomous hardware and software systems. You will analyze system behavior, support integration and issue triage, manage technical risks and trade studies, and create operations and maintenance manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience deriving clear, testable requirements and defining verification approaches
- Ability to perform engineering analysis, modeling, simulation, margin analysis, or quantitative data analysis
- Understanding of hardware and software system integration
- Ability to evaluate test results and technical evidence against requirements
- Experience working across mechanical, electrical, software, and test teams
Responsibilities
- Own requirements management and verification from definition through closure
- Derive clear, testable system and subsystem requirements
- Define verification strategies, methods, and pass/fail criteria
- Drive requirement decomposition, traceability, and cross-functional alignment
- Review test results and engineering analyses against requirements
- Support system integration and issue triage
- Perform modeling, simulation, margin analysis, and quantitative data analysis
- Manage technical risks and conduct trade studies
- Develop operations and maintenance manuals
