About the Role
Analyse measurements from large-scale systems and turn performance and reliability data into engineering decisions. Design and run experiments, interpret variability and repeatability, assess system readiness for production, and improve measurement design and result interpretation across distributed systems.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience across multiple projects or systems
- Experience with Linux-based environments, distributed systems, or high-performance systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with automation and CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Ability to design, implement, and run meaningful experiments or tests
- Ability to interpret results and communicate accurate findings
- Experience with large-scale or distributed systems, performance or reliability testing, pytest, load analysis, containerisation, orchestration, provisioning, C++, data analysis, or statistics is desirable

- Analyse measurements from large-scale and distributed systems
- Assess performance stability, reliability, variability, and repeatability
- Determine whether systems meet production criteria
- Shape measurements and improve how they are run
- Interpret system behaviour under compute, network, and ML workloads
- Support engineering decisions with accurate findings
