About the Role

You will design and build infrastructure that enables engineers to simulate load inject faults and validate system behavior under stress. You will own platform components from architecture through deployment, collaborate with infrastructure and product teams, and develop safe repeatable chaos experiments. You will write tested code and contribute to technical design discussions.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong coding skills in Python Go or a similar language
Experience with load testing fault injection chaos engineering or developer productivity infrastructure
Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
Familiarity with Kubernetes and container-based infrastructure
Experience integrating resilience tooling into CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Design and maintain load testing infrastructure
Build fault injection infrastructure
Own platform components from architecture through iteration
Collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering teams
Define steady-state hypotheses blast radius controls and fault injection primitives
Write clean well-tested code
