About the Role

You will build a reliable lifecycle for agentic software development. You will improve sandboxes, developer tooling, validation infrastructure, CI, and quality gates; launch background-agent workflows; and create a platform where agents can make calls, inspect telemetry, and iteratively verify their work.

Requirements

• Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure
• Software engineering fundamentals in distributed systems, platform architecture, API design, CI/CD, and monorepo or large-codebase workflows
• Experience building agent harnesses and using coding agents
• Experience designing secure agent interfaces, MCP integrations, and sandboxed runtimes
• Experience building or operating online and offline LLM evaluation systems
• Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Knowledge of containers, databases, queues, orchestration systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of prompt caching, context compression, retrieval, and multi-agent coordination

Responsibilities

• Map and instrument the path from task to production
• Improve sandbox environments, developer tooling, and validation infrastructure
• Launch production workflows for internal background agents
• Provide agents with context, tools, telemetry, and automated quality gates
• Build a platform for autonomous background engineering
• Build a harness for real calls, latency measurement, conversation-quality evaluation, telemetry inspection, and verified iteration
