About the Role
You will own technology architecture, implementation, deployment, security, and maintenance. You will build secure internal tools and external products, operate self-hosted infrastructure, integrate AI systems, manage a delivery budget, and work with stakeholders to translate sensitive operational needs into reliable systems.

Responsibilities
- Own technology architecture, implementation, deployment, security, and maintenance
- Build and operate secure self-hosted internal tooling
- Build secure CRM, AI, knowledge-management, communication, and news-tracking systems
- Deliver external-facing products from prototype to production
- Oversee the technical aspects of the website
- Manage the technology roadmap and budget
- Translate stakeholder requirements into working systems
- Apply security hardening, threat modeling, and operational security practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
