About the Role
You will help build and operate cloud storage infrastructure. You will implement storage features, write tested and maintainable code, contribute to designs, participate in reviews and architecture discussions, grow your distributed storage expertise and collaborate on engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience through internships, school projects or approximately 1 year of professional work building or operating software systems
- Familiarity with coding standards, code reviews, source control, testing and basic CI/CD or build processes
- Working knowledge of Java or Go
- Basic understanding of Linux fundamentals and computer architecture
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work closely with senior engineers
- Desire to learn storage systems and distributed computing
