About the Role
You will support strategic initiatives across VIP and Institutional business domains, translating strategy into execution roadmaps, using data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify opportunities and risks, refining governance and operating mechanisms, accelerating AI transformation, and providing executive-level updates on progress and trade-offs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, strategic operations, consulting, or high-impact project delivery
- Strong analytical thinking and data literacy
- Experience using data and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives
- Systems thinking
- Executive communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Interest in AI-native ways of working
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives related to VIP and Institutional business growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities
- Translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms
- Use data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify business opportunities, inefficiencies, performance drivers, and execution risks
- Establish and refine governance frameworks, execution cadences, and organizational workflows
- Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and drive structural solutions
- Support company-wide AI transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery models and operational workflows
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate data exploration, insight generation, and executive reporting
- Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
