About the Role
You will help manage the performance and long-term strategy of the Digital Content, Media and Communications portfolio. You will define global commercial strategies, advise strategic customers, analyze customer behavior, identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, and turn customer feedback into data-driven business cases. You will inform product prioritization, pricing, packaging, and commercial enablement while maintaining customer segmentation and monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, opportunities, and risks. You will also represent the business at industry events and travel domestically and internationally when required.
Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of experience in Digital Content or related industries
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Digital Content sector or experience managing a payments or financial services portfolio in the sector
- Develop and execute successful vertical strategies
- Demonstrate experience and interest in go-to-market strategy and execution
- Turn customer feedback into tangible data-driven business cases
- Communicate effectively and present to senior stakeholders
- Represent the company publicly at industry events
- Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to travel up to 25% of the time including internationally
Responsibilities
- Drive the health and performance of the Digital Content, Media and Communications vertical
- Support the general management of the vertical
- Define and drive the vertical's global commercial strategy
- Adapt strategies to market nuances and enable effective commercial execution
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for the vertical
- Advise strategic customers and champion relevant internal initiatives
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for product and service innovation and differentiation
- Provide customer trends, opportunities, and pain points to inform product prioritization
- Inform product pricing and packaging strategies to maximize profitability and market share
- Provide vertical-specific insights for global commercial enablement
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation
- Identify and pursue revenue growth and market expansion opportunities
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Represent the company publicly at industry events
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
