About the Role
You will own a company-wide portfolio of security programs and take security risks from strategy to measurable reduction. You will set priorities, align architecture, plan investments, lead execution and adoption, and establish durable operating mechanisms. You will resolve cross-functional blockers, communicate risks and decisions to executives, embed security commitments into roadmaps, and mentor technical program managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering program management, security program management, or an equivalent technical leadership role
- Ability to translate security, privacy, policy, and compliance objectives into technical strategy and measurable outcomes
- Ability to resolve conflicting priorities and resource constraints across cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive technical audiences
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for program strategy, technical problem-solving, analysis, and automation
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in Bellevue, Seattle, San Francisco, or Mountain View
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic security initiatives across Trust and Safety Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Security, and IT
- Establish processes to identify, track, and resolve high-risk security issues
- Align security architecture and infrastructure decisions across the organization
- Connect security infrastructure with platform services and audit controls
- Resolve cross-organizational blockers and balance technical tradeoffs with resource constraints
- Mentor technical program managers and strengthen program-management standards
- Represent security architecture and posture in executive technical reviews
