About the Role
You will own the technical sales process for customer opportunities using infrastructure products. You will gather requirements, scope and design solutions, support commercial negotiations, develop technical champions, and help deliver successful customer integrations. You will also provide prioritized product feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Track record of closing strategic enterprise deals and meeting revenue targets
- Technical acumen and ability to understand API integrations
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales expertise and position platform capabilities in commercial negotiations
- Develop technical champions at customer organizations
- Qualify customer objectives and scope solutions
- Gather requirements and design customer solutions
- Deliver qualified, prioritized, actionable product feedback to Product and Engineering
