About the Role

You assess AI-built prototypes and decide whether to harden rebuild or redirect them. You design and ship secure enterprise services, guide AI agents through assessment and scaffolding, build production MCP artifacts, translate business workflows into software, and deliver operational documentation and monitoring.

Requirements

5 or more years of software engineering experience
Experience building and operating production backend or full-stack systems
Cloud expertise with GCP preferred
Experience with containerized services CI/CD and infrastructure as code
Strong knowledge of serverless systems
Experience with agentic coding tools LLM applications or agentic workflows
Product sense and project scoping discipline
Exceptional communication with non-engineers
Experience in finance or fintech is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Assess prototypes and decide whether to harden rebuild or redirect them
Design build and ship secure enterprise services
Use agents for assessment porting testing and scaffolding
Build MCP servers sub-agents and agent skills when appropriate
Translate Finance HR Legal and Compliance workflows into software
Deliver runbooks evaluations and dashboards
Establish reusable platform patterns
Review and harden AI-generated code
