About the Role

You build and own customer-facing observability products for a managed logs service. You develop ingestion endpoints, query APIs, retention and access controls, onboarding and configuration workflows, scalable services, and operational automation while participating in customer-facing on-call support.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate managed logs services
Develop ingestion endpoints and query APIs
Implement retention and access controls
Build customer onboarding and configuration workflows
Create self-service APIs, defaults, and guardrails
Design scalable and reliable multi-tenant services
Manage quotas, limits, and cost visibility
Collaborate with product, cloud support, and site reliability teams
Participate in a customer-facing on-call rotation
