About the Role
You will build enterprise capabilities, backend services, integrations, and self-hosted deployment tooling. You will own projects from design through production, translate customer requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and improve security, reliability, observability, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend systems or distributed infrastructure in production.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Go, Java, or a comparable modern backend stack.
- Experience designing and maintaining REST, GraphQL, or similar APIs.
- Experience with microservices, asynchronous job processing, and event-driven architectures.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and query performance.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production observability.
- Engineering fundamentals in testing, code reviews, version control, debugging, and maintainable system design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
