About the Role
You will develop system-level test content, automation, diagnostics, characterization, and manufacturing screening solutions. You will execute margining and reliability activities, debug failures, build test tooling, improve test coverage, support production transfer, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Experience in semiconductor test, validation, characterization, post-silicon bring-up or manufacturing environments
- Understanding of semiconductor fundamentals, digital systems, power delivery, signal integrity and board-level debugging
- Familiarity with scan, JTAG, BIST, MBIST, boundary scan and manufacturing test methodologies
- Experience with Python, Tcl, Shell or similar scripting languages for automation and data analysis
- Debug, problem-solving, root-cause analysis and data interpretation skills
- Experience working with Design, DFT, Validation, Product Engineering or Manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SLT test content, automation, diagnostics and characterization workloads
- Execute characterization, voltage and frequency margining, reliability screening and performance correlation
- Support SLT hardware development and deployment
- Integrate validation and bring-up workloads into the SLT environment
- Debug failures and perform root-cause analysis across simulation, ATE, bench, SLT and manufacturing environments
- Develop tools, scripts and automation flows for test execution, telemetry collection, data analysis and reporting
- Improve test coverage, test-time optimization, DPPM reduction and manufacturing readiness
- Support transfer of SLT solutions into production and manufacturing ramp activities
- Mentor junior engineers
- Improve SLT methodologies and best practices
