About the Role
You will develop chip-level DFT strategies and integrate test features such as scan chains, memory BIST, and JTAG. You will automate DFT flows, analyze ATPG and fault-coverage results, collaborate across design disciplines, and support silicon bring-up, debug, and DFT signoff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with DFT tools such as Synopsys or Siemens tools
- Experience with TCL and Python scripting
- Experience with DFT planning and SoC silicon debug
- English verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build chip-level DFT strategies
- Insert DFT features including scan chains, memory BIST, and JTAG
- Collaborate with RTL, physical design, and verification teams
- Script and automate DFT flows using EDA tools
- Run and analyze ATPG and fault coverage reports
- Support silicon bring-up and debug of test features
- Perform formal verification and signoff of inserted DFT logic
