About the Role
You will develop and deploy system-level test content, automation, diagnostics and characterization workloads for AI processors. You will support bring-up and manufacturing readiness, debug failures, analyse test data, improve coverage and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system-level test content, automation, diagnostics and characterization workloads
- Execute characterization, voltage and frequency margining, reliability screening and performance-correlation activities
- Support test-board, socket, instrumentation and thermal-solution development
- Integrate validation and bring-up workloads into the system-level test environment
- Debug failures, perform root-cause analysis and correlate results across test environments
- Develop tools, scripts and automation for test execution, telemetry collection, data analysis and reporting
- Improve test coverage, test time, DPPM and manufacturing readiness
- Collaborate with design, DFT, validation, product engineering, manufacturing and OSAT functions
- Transfer system-level test solutions into production and support manufacturing ramps
- Mentor junior engineers and improve test methodologies
