About the Role

You will develop and maintain modular automated test programs and measurement libraries for new-product introduction and production. You will implement test flows, debug failures, support silicon characterization, and improve datalogging, automation, yield analysis, test time, and multisite efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ATE test development, semiconductor test engineering, or post-silicon validation
  • Proficiency with Advantest V93000, SmartTest 8, tester API, C++ or Java, and Python automation
  • Understanding of ATE instrumentation including DPS, PMU, RF/HSIO, timing set, multisite execution, and tester-to-DUT behavior
  • Experience with controlled experimentation, root-cause isolation, cross-domain debug, and semiconductor test methodology
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain modular ATE test programs and measurement libraries
  • Implement and optimize parametric, functional, scan, BIST, and system-level test flows
  • Debug ATE failures and support silicon characterization
  • Extract Vmin and Fmax, define guard bands, establish production limits, and correlate test results
  • Build datalogging and automation solutions
  • Improve test time, multisite efficiency, measurement stability, yield analysis, and regression testing
