About the Role
You will build and execute chip-level DFT strategies for high-speed CPU cores and multi-chiplet System-in-Package programs. You will implement and verify scan, memory BIST, and JTAG features; work with RTL, physical design, and verification partners; and automate DFT flows, ATPG, and fault-coverage analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of relevant DFT experience.
- Experience with Synopsys and Siemens DFT tools.
- TCL and Python scripting experience.
- Expertise in DFT planning, SoC-level silicon debug, formal verification, and DFT logic signoff.
- Ability to assess risk, communicate resource needs, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
