About the Role
You will lead reliability strategy across advanced silicon nodes and packaging technologies, from technology selection and design enablement through qualification and manufacturing. You will assess risks, guide sign-off, lead failure analysis, improve reliability methods, and mentor others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Semiconductor reliability experience across silicon, BEOL, interconnect or advanced package technologies
- Understanding of EM, TDDB, BTI and HCI mechanisms
- Experience with HTOL, thermal cycling, thermal shock, reflow testing and JEDEC reliability standards
- Ability to use X-ray and CSAM analysis for package-defect diagnosis and root-cause analysis
- Technical judgement, communication skills and ownership across foundries, OSATs, labs and internal teams
