About the Role
You will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes. You will develop integrations and AI workflows, implement DevOps and release practices, ensure security and compliance, translate requirements into technical solutions, and establish development standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, billing, revenue operations, and renewals experience
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management experience
- API, middleware, and iPaaS integration experience
- Experience with Workato or MuleSoft
- Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator
- SFDX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD, Gearset, or Copado experience
- SOX-controlled Salesforce environment experience
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations processes
- Active Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect Salesforce certification
Responsibilities
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and native capabilities
- Architect and support Lead-to-Cash solutions
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with business systems
- Design and deploy Salesforce AI and Agentforce solutions
- Implement CI/CD, change management, and release-management practices
- Drive Salesforce architecture standards and governance
- Ensure data integrity, security, and GDPR and SOX compliance
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Establish development standards, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews
