About the Role

You will design, build, and launch AI-powered workflows that improve field productivity. You will turn CRM, warehouse, and usage data into practical dashboards and alerts, audit the GTM stack, integrate third-party APIs, create custom solutions when needed, and document reliable systems.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role
Experience shipping production agents on Vercel
Fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling
Hands-on experience with Clay
Direct experience with Salesforce
Experience owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
Proficiency with integration and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato
Understanding of APIs and webhooks
Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations for the field
Turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into dashboards, scores, and alerts
Audit the GTM stack, identify gaps, and prioritize a backlog
Deliver rep-productivity workflows quickly
Build bespoke AI-powered solutions when appropriate
Design workflows with upstream and downstream system implications in mind
Integrate third-party APIs to synchronize data across systems
Document delivered workflows and systems
