You will own the top of the funnel for high-impact sales roles. You will design and implement tailored sourcing initiatives, run high-volume personalized outreach campaigns, and build proactive pipelines for senior go-to-market roles. You will map talent markets, monitor competitors, and share market intelligence. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements, rapidly onboard to new searches, analyze sourcing data, and iterate outreach to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
- Proven track record sourcing hard-to-find go-to-market talent
- Expertise in outreach, market mapping, and a broad set of sourcing tools
- Strong analytical skills to track pipeline metrics and improve conversion rates
- Agility, curiosity, and persistence in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with hiring managers and recruiters
